My old modem died and I replaced it with this. This works great and its compatible with the upgrades comcast made to their side of things.

Arris s33 modern has best performance and over 3 gbps speed although I have 400 mbps speed internet service. Very much satisfied with the uninterrupted speed and streaming.

Easy setup! Super fast speeds! It was literally plug and play setup, my cable company established connection within minutes.

Switched from Spectrum to Comcast and needed a cable modem as had to return the "free" one provided my Spectrum. No problem setting up. Comcast recognized immediately and completed the setup on a self install. Performance has been excellent.

Bought this to replace former Arris that xFinity told me was the reason for my lack of internet service. Turned our the existing Arris was fine and had not needed replacing. This new one is supposedly even better and certainly works well but we do not place heavy demands on it. The reason for this review is the outstanding tech support I got from Arris in setting up the new one. I thought only Apple and Samsung provided such excellent support. I am now a loyal Arris customer forever.

The monitor works excellent. The speed is fast and I don't have any problems. The setup was easy and quick when installing the unit.

Setup was a breeze. The self activation worked flawlessly and much appreciated. With DOCSIS 3.1 I'm able to obtain maximum plus speed of my ISP plan.

This was easy to set up and works much better with my Xfinity internet the the previous modem I was using. Solved my problem with the internet randomly dropping! The shape is a bit different than it seems in the picture but it works great!

Modem has a small footprint with a minor blue light, not overwhelming. So far so good no issues here at all. It runs cool not hot and I immediately got the fast 3.1 gig speeds. This is definitely a small speed demon. Highly recommend.

This Modem actually works for our Spectrum Internet. The Cable provided modem had to be reset 5-10 times a week, this modem has yet to have to be reset for almost 2 months. Works great with no slowdowns due to multiple users.

Bought this modem as a temporary replacement for the Comcast modem. Unfortunately, Comcast doesn’t allow a consumer to use two IP addresses which means you can only use one port. 1.4 gigabits down and 44 up. Does run hot when pushed hard.

Previous had netgear and for some reason speeds kept dropipng after a few hours even after reset. This device has not dropped since I purchased it a month ago, works great with Cox!

Not much to say... Easy to setup on my isp and its been rock solid since. Very happy with this modem.

Replaced the Arris 6240 modem, limiting throughput to mid 240+ MB with the new S33. Now the throughput is very close to 1GB! Setup was a breeze, speedy, and easy. Extremely happy.
