I replaced a MB8611 with this modem. Immediately the speed stabilized and there was no more hesitation when starting a file download. Very easy to set up.

I had these for a week and they were great, I change them because a friend of mine brought me one but I love them and it did the job well. I would recommend it.

I was renting a modem from Xfinity but the monthly cost was adding up. My gateway supports multigig, so I was looking for a modem that had a multigig port to take advantage of the 1200 Mbps speed from Xfinity. This modem met all the requirements and is operating as expected.

Handles my Internet speed flawlessly! Lighting Fast works with my Google wifi. Google helped me get it going after that I was cooking with gas! Very pleased with this device!

I’m thankful that my local Best Buy had this in stock. I ordered a Motorola on BB’s website and the shipping was delayed over 5 days. Who knows where the package could’ve gone. We needed a router ASAP because our internet provider was coming the next day to setup our internet. The BB rep who assisted me in the store was knowledgeable in the hardware and its capabilities. The router works great and it’s slim design makes it very sleek and aesthetically pleasing. As for BB’s online customer support...you guys need a lot more fervency in these matters. A 5-day delayed package is unacceptable, let alone it took longer to get my refund.

Great modem. Didnt realize my internet was bottlenecked by my old modem at 250mbps. Now it gets twice that which matches the current datarate I am paying for.

The modem works great and was very easy to set up.

And I was wrong. My speeds went up by a consistent 200-300mbps over using the modem supplied by Spectrum. And, I can actually log into the modem and manage the settings.

I have bought this product about a month ago and it has been working pretty well. I have read some online reviews that this product can get a little hot so i have bought a usb fan to cool it down. I haven't had any issues. Would recommened.

Very quick and easy installation of this device, getting smaller which is good to fit in some central home spaces.

This little modem works real well, but it gets really hot.

My Suddenlink 1gig service works flawlessly through this modem. Faster than the rental by 500 meg. Works great with my Orbi 3 satellite system

Arris productd are always reliable and easy to install--- upgraded from an older Arris to the new higher speed.

Easy to setup. Good price. I had to upgrade due to ISP upgrade so I got new ethernet cable as well. The IP address given in the instructions to register is outdated and doesn't work. Couldn't get the QR code to connect to anything. But those really aren't needed to setup and use the product.

Works like a charm! Goooooòoooooooood as it gets. Easy to install but didnt make whole lot of difference on speed.
