This modem is fast and it doesnt get hot compared to the other.

Had to replace a Netgear modem that was apparently no longer supported by Comcast. This one works very well. This is actually the first modem I was ever able to setup without any issue or having to call Comcast. Just used the Xfinity app and was up and running in less than 10 minutes after firmware updates

Easy to install. Seems to be faster. Recommend by service provider.

Excellent speed. Stable connection with no drops. Why pay cable provider monthly fee when you can get better high performing modem with quick ROI.

There’s nothing fancy about this modem, but it does the job just fine. It’s a small unit, so it’s easy to fit and hide it in your setup. Don’t pay the cable company to rent something forever, just buy this and get the same quality of service or better.

I’m a Spectrum customer who upgraded to their 400 megabit plan. I was using the Arris SB6190 and started to experience network drops. After bringing out my ISP to look at signal and to see if there was other issues, nothing we could pinpoint. I considered moving to DOCSIS 3.1 may yield some benefit, and perhaps it was our modem causing issues. This solved our problems. Currently paired with Orbi RBK50.

Seems to have resolved discounting issues with my mesh system. No issues to report, I was surprised how small and simple the device was.

Very easy setup, other than having Xfinity authorize and assign it to my account. Dealing with Xfinity was the only negative I could have and that has nothing to do with this cost effective highspeed modem. It cant get much easier than this for not a lot of money.

Rock solid performance. This is a must have for cable internet users.

We use comcast in our house. Was running the MB8611 before this and it would reset the connection 2-5x a day (I read online some other comcast folks having the same issue and recommending getting this one to fix the issue). Can confirm it seems to have fixed the problem. Fast, stable and reliable now. If you have comcast this is the one to get.

It’s good. Not great. I tried out 6 modems all in the same class and it has the best speeds. Definitely best to separate modem and router if you can afford it.

Easy set-up. i did check with cable provider (Astound) to assure it was compatible modem. Phone support from Astound was excellent to complete hook up.

Excellent modem for the price and it's pretty small. Boosted my internet up and very happy with the performace.
