I have no complaints with this modem, I have had 0 issues with it since deploying it in my home.

Easy to install and set up, Cox was my only issue, but it all worked. Fast internet

Modem works flawlessly with Comcast. Currently on their 1.2Gbps/35mbps plan and have no problem hitting those speeds; it goes over due to Comcast over-provisioning. Easy to activate as well. Should last a very long time.

Definitely does what it should. My old arrris surf board was lacking. I had to reset modem every day to get 800mbps speed. Bought this one and is solid speeds remain up in the 700-800 mbps range with no resets. Hopefully this on last longer then 2 yrs. Reccomend getting geek squad protection just to switch out every 2 years so need to worry

Modem is very fast! However spectrum doesn’t really support it and the self install built in won’t even work. After provisioning it would lose connection every few hours or days depending. Took it back tried another, same thing. I believe it is spectrum with the issues though. Also it doesn’t play well with my arris mesh routers.

Does what it’s supposed to do. It does run very warm. We’ll see how long it lasts. My expensive Netgear modem lasted 2 years.

Latest and greatest in gigablast technology. This device works great to stream all my stuff great with the new gigablast service for my cable company. Has options for future expansion. Always loved Arris products.

I purchased a Netgear CM1000 and had various issues with speed. Exchanged for the ARRIS and not more issues so far. Nice product and easy set up.

I bought the modem a month ago and it worked perfectly without any issues as some customers complained about the modem, for me the signal and speed reaches my expectations, I will give this modem a perfect 10

I have Spectrum. I tried getting set up with their free crappy modem. Kept dropping me. Finally I decided to spend the money and get my own. Works perfectly from the moment I set it up. All I had to do was call Spectrum to activate it on their network. Took all of 5 minutes. I would highly recommend you go this route.

This is a small but powerful device that deliver 1,000 Mbps with Xfinity ISP. So far, very stable; The specifications state that it can handle up to 2.5 Gbps bandwidth ISP and with 2 WAN ports is a plus. I am happy with this unit

Works great and was easy to setup with my Eero router. Got tired of paying to rent xfinity box figured the cost of modem and router would equal out to a year of rental. Easy setup after calling xfinity to activate new modem
