modem works very well, easy to connect, great value

I upgraded my router and was getting better signal but still not maxing out my Comcast plan so I decided to upgrade my modem and this one was recommended by a friend as future proof. Definitely worth the buy.

Awesome modem and it works great with my Xfinity cable internet and Orbi wireless router. No problem what so ever.

Purchased primarily for the 2.5 gb port to connect Xfinity 1.2 gb service. Rock solid stable, vert fast.

So far, it’s working great; have RCN and I think it’s definitely doing better than the one that we originally rented from them

I paired this with a netgear nighthawk. using Rainier Connect as my ISP - they recommend this btw. What can you say about it? you just plug it in and it works. and not bad looking either.

I had to upgrade my modem and I installed this new Arris cable modem as required by my ISP. Easy install and sleek look for the office.

One of the few approved modems for purchase with my OSP, I get consistent and fast speeds. The dual wan ports is a nice feature for the proce.

Purchased this one only because the one I did purchase, I was told to purchase, wasn't the correct one. Works as described. Verify to make sure the items you are told is need ed are actually the correct ones.

Easy set up - like none. I hooked it to the cable connection and to the router. The cable guy called in the MAC address and it was done. It has more capability than I need but I felt it was also good for future proofing my new cable connection.

I know it to be an incredible modem! Just a shame that Spectrum doesn't let you use it as a business customer. So I may have to return it. :c

Excellent modem. This unit does not provide WiFi, but I have mesh WiFi and did not need my modem to have it. Works well with Xfinity internet and saves the monthly modem charges.

Pays for itself in a year or so. If you're renting a cable modem from your ISP, they'll charge you around $10/month. Owning your own modem saves money in the long-ish run.

Great product! It was easy to set up, took aboht ~10 minutes all togetber, and everything has been smooth for the past month

My previous SURFboard modem worked great until it didn't, and started dropping connection at random intervals. Comcast tech support informed me that this was because it used DOCSIS 3.0, and that upgrading to DOCSIS 3.1 would help resolve. I am annoyed to report that a couple hundred bucks later, the upgrade does in fact seem to have fixed the issue.
