Plug and play , if not other network has been setup, if so then You need to login to it's portal and change the subnet accordingly The 2.5 port apparently is not for agrégation i believe is for either or , kind of deal

Bought it when my overpriced Netgear modem bricked itself after less than a year. This one haha been rock solid. As someone who works from home, connectivity is vital.

This is a solid modem, quick also good for the future of upcoming speeds I have Mediacom which I can use as well as the Eero.

Easy setup. It was up and working in less than 15 minutes. Its just too bad that Comcast throttles down the bandwidth so you can't take full advantage of the modem.

My Mediacom modem kept dropping and they wanted me to wait 4 days for service. I decided to quit paying rent and this modem came highly rated. Setup was a breeze and I haven't had a single issue with it.

Great, future-proof DOCSIS 3.1 modem. The actual modem is MUCH smaller than I expected it to be. Best Buy delivered the modem. VERY VERY quickly. Recommended for anyone looking to upgrade from a non-DOCSIS 3.1 modem.
