Bought this off BB sales rep recommendation. We love it! About to buy another one for another property we own

It’s a great modem. I’m only using the 1gbps port… but the modem was the same price as it’s predecessor. I paired it with an Eero router. No issues.

This is a great modem from Arris. It’s quite stable and fast. Definitely recommended.

Work great with my 1 GB Xfinity service. Tests indicate around 970 Mbps downloads and around 25 Mbps uploads (service maxes out at 1GB down and 45 Mpbs up). Has been operating perfectly for almost 4 months.

After a month of use, appears to have solved my issue I was experiencing with company provided modem.

Absolutely wonderful! Xfinity speedtest went from 30mbps with old modem to 350mbps with this new Arris modem on laptop, & 200 mbps on wifi to phone.

We upgraded our plan with xfinity for faster internet and unlimited data. This is a great upgrade and worth it for us. We don’t like using equipment from the service provider so we bought our own.

I bought this to replace a Netgear Nighthawk that was way more expensive but died just after the warranty expired. I have been very happy with this purchase

We do alot of streaming and upgraded to Arris S33 and have not had any buffering at all. So far it has been exceptional and would highly recommend.

Very easy to install, I had it up and running in less than ten minutes. Excellent response time so far. Works as advertised.

It was decent at handling the speeds we needed it for but fell short when pushed to handle bigger internet loads and lost connection multiple times. It broke after less than a year of use, not sure what caused it since it was in a secure location away from potentially being damaged. It was working fine until out of nowhere it decided to stop sending/recieving signals

got this instead of paying monthly fee to comcast and it work great

I purchased my Cable Modem on February 11, 2023 so far working great. The reason for the maximum rating because this is an upgrade.

Great surfing board. No issues since purchasing. Notice the difference.

This cable modem is fast.i bought otger brands before nothing really worked well like thus this brand.

Worked as expected. Used with spectrum and had hard time activating but was customer service issue. Type in wrong serial #.

Good modem and very easy to set up. Satisfied with this modem.
