This was a necessary purchag=se for the WiFi 6 system. Previous Arris Surfboard modem was excellent, but needed this updated version for the new WiFi mesh extender system I installed.

Works very well. Have not had any issues since changing to this Router

I’ve always had ours cable modems but this takes it one step further looking towards the future. This modem is ready for 2 GB speeds Therefore I will not have to purchase a new one in the near future

Amazing modem, works with W0W internet, pretty much no issues, seems to support 1gig download. I get pretty decent speeds . Would recommend if you have WOW internet and don’t want to pay modem fees.

At first I wasn’t sure if I should get this but after talking to one of the workers there you really recommended me to get it so I trusted him and I got it and I’m glad my Internet is faster than ever

My time owning this Modem has been a mixed bag. It seems to feed my Asus router just fine but I def get more WiFi drops than I did with my previous Surfboard. I'm not honestly sure if it's my ISP or this modem so it's tough for me to dock it too much. I do wish it had more display lights but I knew that before purchasing. Def worth a try if you can find it on sale.

Modem easy handles the task at my current ISP speed of 600Mbps. Paired with Netgear wifi router. Issue within the 1st week of operation TPLink wifi router and ARRIS stopped communicating, replace wifi router.

I upgraded my old modem with the Arris S33 as I was upgrading my router. The new combination is outstanding. My internet subscription is 400 mbps but I’m getting a constant 450 mbps.

Easy to set up used with Xfinity and Linksys veltrop mesh router. Happy with purchase.

Arris modem replaced a netgear nighthawk router modem. It was easy to set up with Xfinity, has good speed, and works well with Eero Pro 6 wifi router.

Speedy, no problems setting up, although the necessity of an app is highly questionable.

Easy to connect and setup to my router and to my provider! Download speeds are excellent. Supports all my TV's, laptops, phones and other video streaming devices without issue.

I upgraded from a6 year old modern to fully take advantage of my internet speed through Xfinity. Quick and easy setup, very minimal profile.

Bought this one to replace my 4-year old Arris which was DOCSIS 3.0 and rated up to 636Mbs. 1Gbs came into the area so I upgraded to the latest and this thing smokes! They have disappointed me yet.

So far xfinity isn't complaining about this modem. It works , great
