Excellent speed to the router which in turn gives excellent speed to the pc's we have.

Purchased over a month ago. Simple set up and connectivity was a breeze. Great product.

Working as expected for the first month or so. I will update if it has issues.

I upgraded my modem to match a 1gig internet speed and this modem has been great! Speeds are perfect. It works great with my Eero wifi system.

Had an older model that kept having to be reset, this one is a lot better. Would definitely recommend it.

Installed yesterday like a dream! Also installed Google Nest Pro and with same service from ISP, better coverage and service on our devices. Used an Arris for 7 years plus, never had issues with that D3.0.

ARRIS SURFboard modem works well. Easy to setup, activation with Cox was relatively painless. Bandwidth is fine, as well.

This modem combined with our router has helped us get the most out of our internet plan.

It was time to replace our old modem and this was exactly what we needed!

I purchased this after it was recommended buy a knowledgeable friend. It is a good value offering better security and reliability. Why rent equipment from an internet provider when purchasing your own will eventually pay back.

As advertised. I was getting 1.3Gbps on my desktop directly connected, (1200 mbps internet service). If/when upgraded, it will still fit perfectly. Only thing to look out for here, is if you are using a wifi router. If you do not have a second IP available, you won't be able to have the router AND your computer directly connected to this device. (Comcast was not so helpful here) Overall still recommend 10/10

It was easy. I just wish Cox Internet was easier to connect.and more reliable. (5 1/2 hours. 3 calls. to Service tech support to get their system to maintain connection)

Modem works great....Set up was a character builder with Comcast's off shore staff, but now that it is working, I have had no problems with it.

expensive and FAST! 1200gbps with xfinity no problem! only problem with cable model is that the upload is only 35mbps (not limited by modem , limited by your provider

amazing product. i hate cox communications. i got this because i hate giving them money.

I decided to upgrade my wifi (Deco X90 Mesh System) and this integrated perfectly with my Xfinity internet and mesh wifi system.

Great modem so far. Had to upgrade since I went to a gig service with comcast. Easy to setup and was up and running in 10 mins.

Plugged it in and it was working in minutes. The hardest part of getting this to work was activating my service using the Xfinity app on my phone!
