Quick setup and easy use. Definitely get the 2.5 GB, but my ISP doesn't have gig service. Definitely recommend.

BEWARE, you may purchase this product and get a version number (v1, v2, v3, v4, v5 ....) that does not work with your internet service provider. Unfortunately, you won't know what version number your are purchasing until you unbox the product. ARRIS - if the product's version number matters for customers, you need to indicate the version number somewhere on the packaging of the product or on the retailer's website. My kids like those cheap mystery toys, I don't like a $200 mystery modem. Do better ARRIS.

My new modem works great. Very easy to install. It took less than ten minutes to have my network up and running.

So far so good, despite some setup hiccups........

I use Comcast for cable Internet, where over time it is required to upgrade the modem to keep up with infrastructure upgrades. In short Comcast recently updated their infrastructure to offer higher speed connections. The result was not only that my older modem could not take advantage of the higher speed offering, but in fact was under performing because less channel capacity was allocate to legacy modems. Setup was something of a hassle where the instructions say you can setup the model without a cellphone. In fact I was forced to download the Comcast app to provision the new modem. Once provisioned, I deleted the app from my phone. All that said one the modem was provisioned, software updated, etc it is 100% solid without any dropped connections.

Works great. Needed an upgrade and Best Buy associate gave me several choices to choose from. Very helpful.

this modem works very good. does run a little warm but not to bad. looks kinda cool.

Plug and play. No issues at all. Replaced a modem that was "unsupported " by Xfinity

I have been using this new modem for about a month. It had been great, no issues.

The modem is very stable and very compatible with my Xfinity so far.

Future proof yourself with the Arris S33 as it is the latest modem at an affordable price and a 2.5 Gbps port.

Had to switch out my old modem and router that got fried. This is a nice small reliable modem. I recommend it if ur looking to upgrade ur current device.

Works like a charm, surfs the net smoothly cutting through the traffic.

This cable modem replaces my previous Arris modem. The modem works great. It was easy to set up and activate.

4 stars bc this did NOT come with a surfboard. Anyway…this modem works pretty good!

So far so good purchase because I was tired of paying comcast for there rental modem

was easy to get setup and running and works great with my Nighthawk router.

Seemed great. Just returned because husband chose a different modem he liked a little better. But no issues with this one. It would have been just fine.
