    Got this as replacement Motorola MB8611 as it was frequently restarting. Its been running for more than a month without any issue. If anything the download speeds seem to be gradually going down over time. Not sure if its a issue with the service provider or the modem. Will restart and see if it makes a difference

    I've had this for over a year with Comcast's gigabit service without problems. As this is a BYOD, there is limited functionality on the xfinity portal (read the xfinity portal may or may not detect the status of the modem - however, I haven't had issues with it so the portal isn't very useful).
