Upgrading your home for streaming? You've got to have reliable equipment and the Arris surfboard fits the bill. Flawless operation!

So far it has been flawless, though my connection is only 200mb so this modem is a bit of overkill :)

We needed better products than our cable company offered! Pur heading our own modem was most definitely the right decision.

Works with spectrum . Avoid having slow speeds and purchase your own modem and router.

Product started out great, was getting good connection speeds, worked with ISP to get it registered on their network which didn't take very long but after only a month the product failed. Really disappointed. Bought this product on 2/22/24, was delivered on 2/24/24. The product experienced a failure on 3/31/24. It would boot up and then immediately crash. After some trouble shooting with my ISP to rule out any issues on their end it was determined that the device had failed. Contacted Arris support and the product was still under warranty until 2026. However to go through with the exchange process I have to pay to ship the product back to them rather than arris issuing a return label for their product. Just annoying that the product failed so quickly and then I'm out even more money on the warranty exchange after only a month.

Impressive modem. I am using it for Comcast ISP and the latency, ping are very minimal

Great for Comcast cable internet best for 1GBS speeds or faster.

Didn’t work out with my cable provider equipment. Best Buy Rep assisted with Selecting alternate router.

It’s important to note that this does not support link aggregation. But you dont need it with a 2.5 g port. You do need a router with a 2.5 input to share its data on its 1g ports. Speed limit of 1g per port on a given computer.

Im really not sure how good this item is. Probably good when it works. My ISP had issues allowing me to use my own equipment. They claim this product was defective, so i dont know.

Excellent modem. My upload speed increased greatly

It improved the reliability of my internet connection compared to my 5 year old modem. Nice diagnostic software.

Nice product. If you have any issuea qirh device you must go through Arris.
