WiFi modem

The sales rep that assisted me was very helpful is making sure I purchased the correct one. The following day I was back up and working.

I’ve had it a little over 2 months now and no issues or complaints. Some reviews complained about how hot the modem would get. We have on average 14 devices always connected to WiFi and it doesn’t get hot. It’s warm, but never hot. My old modem was always warm too. Feels relatively the same.

Works OK but runs HOT

I got this to replace an old one xfinity said wasn't capable of the speeds being provided, but I haven't noticed this new one being much faster. My youtube streams are at HD more often now, That's about it.

Easy to set up

Soon as they sent the signal and rebooted it, it works like a charm. I actually get speeds over what I pay for with it. My subscription through spectrum is 500mbps and I generally get around 550 or more. Way faster than my old cable modem.
