Purchased this as new model so we did not have use the Time Warner unit and this one works great. Plugged right in and worked out of the box without issue.

No issues with my wifi or internet connection as of 1 month of usage. Easy to set up and small profile of box makes it easy to store out of sight.

Needed ISP help to setup but not a big deal. Works as well as ISP rental. Gets cranky with power blinks. No problem.s since protecting with a UPS.

Was paying a rental fee for our modem until I found that I could purchase this. Works great and I have more than made up the cost in 6 months.

Glad I bought this item. Same high speed modem I would get from Comcast except I only paid one time not a monthly fee plus I get to keep it if I go elsewhere.

Easy to hook-up and get running. Saves me $10 or $11 bucks a month from Time Warner rental fees and is all set for when Time Warner increases internet speed.

This is a great modem! It was very easy to set up and provision to work with Cox cable! I would recommend it to anyone that uses cable Internet.

Bought this with my apple airport and its super fast...just wish our internet provider was faster cause this modem would be that much faster! Very happy with it!

This was the easiest modem I’ve ever used. Lights show exactly what’s going on and there was no connectivity issues with this.

i think this is one of the top recommended brands. so i went with it. much more compact that the one my cable company gave me and hopefully it will save me $.

Inexpensive, current technology, 16x4, on the approved equipment list for my provider. No nonsense basic cable modem. It works as it should.

Love this modem! My old modem was slow and I was paying for the fastest speed but using an old modem...wasting money n time. Make sure you have an updated modem.

Purchased this modem due to my previous modem died. This was a pleasant upgrade and have benefited from the enhancements over the previous router (sb6141).
