I have Spectrum 400mbps and was having issues with the provided modem due to the puma6 chipset. Purchased a Netgear modem that lasted two week then decided to try out this ARRIS SURFboard. Best decision ever. Have used for the last month with no issues and get over my 400mbps. Definitely recommend this modem!

Does as described. Small doesn't take up a lot of real estate in the cabinet. Would be nice if it were black. So that it would blend in with the other devices.

This modem seems to effortlessly achieve those speeds I'm paying for from my Internet provider. I have no complaints, and it doesn't look too bad, either.

I love this product. I had a docesis 2.0 and changing it to the current product made a difference interns of speed handling. Videos were not buffering. Great product.

Bought this for my mom and she’s very happy with it. I have the same one and it’s been working great for over 3 years.

Works well, it is compatible with Spectrum; however, it has a tendency to overheat as most modems do. I bought a small computer fan to place next to the modem and now it stays cool.

I bought this in place of the modem that our cable company wanted to rent us. So glad we did. It works great and we will save a lot of money I g e long run.

Purchased this modem to replace my Time Warner modem that I had been renting. This was recommended by a Best Buy salesperson and seems to be working very well.

I bought one of these to replace the same modem. The first one lasted for 3 years, so probably typical for something at this price. Ideally, things wouldn't break ever but Modems just don't last. I doubt that any other brand or model would last significantly longer, it's not like paying twice the price would give me twice the life. I'd suggest people store this in a place with adequate ventilation too, but that's my fault.

Purchased this as new model so we did not have use the Time Warner unit and this one works great. Plugged right in and worked out of the box without issue.

I bought this modem to save on the monthly rentals from time warner cable, this unit will support up to 300Mbps of internet speed and is a future proof investment!!

This is a great modem! It was very easy to set up and provision to work with Cox cable! I would recommend it to anyone that uses cable Internet.

Easy to setup and works perfectly. I've used a lot of modems but the Arris Modem, I would recommend to anybody.

Inexpensive, current technology, 16x4, on the approved equipment list for my provider. No nonsense basic cable modem. It works as it should.

Nice little inexpensive modem not found on Xfinity's list but recommended by BB. Xfinity guy hooked it up. Works like a champ.

Good, updated Modem For Cox. I replaced a 6-year-old unit and this is noticeably faster.

This is designed for fairly high network speed, easy to use and works compatible with Spectrum.

Glad I bought this item. Same high speed modem I would get from Comcast except I only paid one time not a monthly fee plus I get to keep it if I go elsewhere.

Easy to hook-up and get running. Saves me $10 or $11 bucks a month from Time Warner rental fees and is all set for when Time Warner increases internet speed.
