We were noticing some lags in our network when multiple devices were connected. The new modem has helped the performance of our network overall.

This is modem only, not a wireless router. It handles 1gB and is 32x8, but is not compatible if specs are 3.1. Ask your cable company if the 3.0 will work before purchase, otherwise you will need to return it.

This is one great cable modem. Having the 16 downstream bonded channels has really sped up my connection with my ISP. Thoroughly happy with this purchase.

Good Modem. No issues. Needs good router to get true speed out of it. Needs a reset button instead of unplugging every time but shouldn't need to do it often.

not the most glamorous item you will ever purchase in fact until it stops you just kinda forget about your Modem. Easy set up and connect, white color does stand out a bit, truly prefer black.

Our provider increased our internet speed but fail to inform use we need a new modem. We were so slow and they seed to get a new modem we bought this and what a differences it has made.

As advertised, this cable modem was easy to set up and works great. I can't say I've noticed incredible speed improvements, but it isn't slow either. Works well.
