Bought this for my mom and she’s very happy with it. I have the same one and it’s been working great for over 3 years.

Replaced a working SB6141 but needed more speed. TWC had upgraded us to 300 mbps and the SB6141 only runs 100 mbps. Modem syncs with TWC and runs as expected.

This is a modem that is easy to set up and use. Mine has been working great for over a year without any issues.

Purchased item necessary for my provider, call to register the modem with provider, up and running, period. Follow included directions, easy.

There’s not much to say about a modem. This does what it states and has very good up time. I’ve chosen this brand for all of my modems.

The internet speeds I am getting are faster than what the cable company is advertising for my plan. What more do you need?

The Router works great. It was easy to connect to Spectrum services, and gives me full ability with my Linksys - Max-Stream AC4000 router.

Easy setup, quick call to Time Warner, done in 15 minutes. Replaced old Time Warner modem/router I had already placed in bridge mode.

I switched from Midco Communications cable and internet and WOW communications said this is the one that was needed to run their cable to my home, It works great

So after comcast told us our modem is too old, we bought this thing.... didn't fix the problem -- comcast had to come out and fix a number of issues with the service, including across the street. Then comcast tried to charge us $50.... Our modem works well, but as you can tell, comcast is a joke! If only this modem could also fix our problems with comcast! At least they are no longer charging us for the modem we own like they attempted to do for about 2 years straight....

The router is quick and nice looking. Easy set-up.

I bought this to replace cable co. supplied modem. My speed skytocketed and I don't host their network anymore! It should pay for itself in about 6 months.

I have Spectrum 400mbps and was having issues with the provided modem due to the puma6 chipset. Purchased a Netgear modem that lasted two week then decided to try out this ARRIS SURFboard. Best decision ever. Have used for the last month with no issues and get over my 400mbps. Definitely recommend this modem!

I got this modem to replace a modem that I had for my Comcast service. The old modem had me downloading at 10 Mbps and now I'm up to 50. Couldn't be happier

I have has this modem for a couple years now and it has been great. It is small and gets the job done, never had a problem with it.

Replaced old Motorolla Docsis 2 modem. New one is faster and seems to work with less interuptions to service. Running for about a month, without any problems.

What a difference from my last modem - I'm actually getting full internet speed from my ISP. Must have!

Easy to setup and works perfectly. I've used a lot of modems but the Arris Modem, I would recommend to anybody.

Researched many modems. This one was rated very high. Proven to be very reliable and an excellent modem. No longer have down time with my service provider.

Moved into a new apartment and needed a modem, guy in store said this one does the job and he was right, no complaints here
