Modem works as fast as expected. Getting 400Mbps down 20Mpbs up with no issues on Spectrum. Web interface is decent like other surfboards.

I got this modem to replace a modem that I had for my Comcast service. The old modem had me downloading at 10 Mbps and now I'm up to 50. Couldn't be happier

I had another Arris for 5 years. It started giving me problems. So I bought this one. So far no issues.

So after comcast told us our modem is too old, we bought this thing.... didn't fix the problem -- comcast had to come out and fix a number of issues with the service, including across the street. Then comcast tried to charge us $50.... Our modem works well, but as you can tell, comcast is a joke! If only this modem could also fix our problems with comcast! At least they are no longer charging us for the modem we own like they attempted to do for about 2 years straight....

Replaced old Motorolla Docsis 2 modem. New one is faster and seems to work with less interuptions to service. Running for about a month, without any problems.

The price was right. Easy to set up. Basic, for my needs. Pretty much the same model as my previous modem.

Researched many modems. This one was rated very high. Proven to be very reliable and an excellent modem. No longer have down time with my service provider.

This modem works great with Xfinity. Basically, they just take it over and download their mods as updates for their system and it just works. No issues.

Set up was easy. I did have to call my cable company to finalize the set up. I've had it for about a month now and it seems to improve the signal strength at the other end of the house and I have had more consistent higher download speeds.

I bought this to replace a 3 year old modem for my house and it has been working great. Happy with recommendation from the store.

This mode works better than most that the cable company provide, plus you do not have to worry about having an extra fee for using theirs.

This is a very easy to use plug and play device. Simple instructions are provided.

I switched to TWC for my internet service and needed an approved modem device. This was a great value and is able to handle multiple downloads. Good buy.

Decided to purchase my own instead of renting from ISP. Works with WOW.

Does everything I need it to do. No drops, no lag, just perfect! Very easy set up. Would highly recommend for you cable internet people.
