Modem probably works as it is supposed to

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Setup involved a trip to the xfinity local store but it could be because of some incompetency of one of their representatives. Still having issues with internet connection (the reason to purchase this modem in the first place), but it appears to be again an xfinity hardware (line) issue that they are to come and troubleshoot tomorrow. The modem itself seems to work fine when everything works, but we'll find out more tomorrow when the xfinity issues are hopefully resolved.

Great replacement for Xfinity Modem

Just what we need!

It has sufficient capability for all our devices and our incoming service. I was also pleased that the young woman who helped me in the store was knowledgeable and friendly, did not "talk down" to me (as so many techies do - I know my stuff too!) and made sure I got everything I needed.
