The perfect balance of power and price.

I was told I needed a new cable modem to fix one of their routing issues. So I did some research and picked this one to replace my SB6181 that was "broken". While my issue was eventually resolved, I appreciated the new hardware's interface and logging, letting me keep track of how many service interruptions I had been experiencing, which helped the last problem, and will help the eventual problems I'll have with Comcast.

Modem probably works as it is supposed to

Still having issues with internet connection (the reason to purchase this modem in the first place), but it appears to be again an xfinity hardware (line) issue that they are to come and troubleshoot tomorrow. The modem itself seems to work fine when everything works, but we'll find out more tomorrow when the xfinity issues are hopefully resolved.

Good Quality Upgrade
