The only issue I had with this purchase was on Time Warner's end (the person on the phone plugged in the wrong model number and I was unable to connect to the Internet until a serviceman fixed the issue). Since then, everything has been running smoothly! I am thrilled with this purchase!!! (And the fact my cable/Internet bill went down!!)

Great unit for a 1st timer....
