||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I decided to stop paying the monthly rental for a cable modem and went to Best Buy to purchase one. At first I purchased the cheaper model of an Arris modem. When I had trouble the Time Warner person told me that I should get this one and he was so correct. I now have 2, one for each house. I like the color coded lights so I know if I should restart the modem to get the best service.
