    I had to replace my modem after Comcast notified me about 6 times that mine was outdated. I took in the list of "acceptable" modems that Comcast provided and the Best Buy staff was really helpful making sure I got something that would work. Set up was easy (except for a Comcast problem, but the modem wasn't to blame). No connection problems since set up.

    I had an older model which stopped working after it got wet. Newer model is working fine and my iMac computer is running faster now.
