Most ISPs charge you $10 a month to rent their modems, so this will pay for itself in less than a year. It was easy to setup and works perfect. The only negative is the excessively bright blue LEDs that will light up a dark room, which might be an annoyance if the modem is in a bedroom or home theatre area.

Bought this as a replacement for our Cox modem. Easy setup and install, and reasonably priced. Also compact and doesn't take up much space. Only thing I would add is a built in wall mount.

this was an upgrade purchase on a recommendation from Spectrum to replace an old DocSis 2.0 modem. noticed increased speeds right away. easy to install. no software. had to call spectrum and give the new Mac # before it would work.

Replaced my older Surfboard Modem (when it was owned by Motorola). Was easy to install and register with my Comcast internet account. I wish Best Buy had a unit in black rather than white. Handles all 14 devices in my household with no issues.

I had Docsis 3.0 which helped me with my 75mbps speed with comcast, Now this modem came with 600mpbs down which is good for time warner's 300mbpd network, My speed clocks to around 300 all the time and no connection issue whatsoever, This is a great modem.

This modem is a great deal. First Comcast will rent you an inferior modem for $8-10 a month. This modem will pay for itself and offers a bit of future proofing as internet speeds increase. At 600 Mbps it is still too much modem for the 100Mbps that Comcast gives me with Blast. But I can grow into it as speeds increase. I paired this modem with a Asus 86U 1900 router and my speeds are incredible. On AC Wifi on the Apple Airpad 2 I got 125Mbps! On AC Wifi on an LG G3 I got 118 Mbps. On my gaming PC that is hooked up to the router via MoCa cable connection I get 87 Mbps. This combo is already for me to stream 1080p from Netflix or Google play but it is still good enough to be able to do Ultra high def 4K when I do buy a new TV. Its only downside is price. You dont need this modem to do what Im doing. But it is future proof for many years to come.

I guess I have been behind the times with my 2 yr old modem. After upgrading to this 600 series my Internet speeds almost doubled. I run 2 computers a tablet an Xbox and cellphones from my network and all work lIke a charm now. Should have upgraded sooner.

I upgraded the speed of my Xfinity internet service and immediately began receiving robocalls that I needed to upgrade my modem. This accommodates the speed I’m paying for plus, was easy to install and a great price!

Works better than the one I had from my provider. Speeds are really good also. It's a great replacement for the one from your provider. Good product for the price and if you pay a rental fee with your provider you easily make your money back on this.

Using on comcast xfinity and a Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (R8000). They work great together and am getting more than the max my xfinity plan allows on speed tests! Easy to set up and use.

I purchased this to replace Comcast supplied modem/access point. Was able to automatically provision onto their network without calling them. No performance penalty either, have same throughout as I did with their equipment.

My cable technician told me about this product when I needed to upgrade from a 2003 modem to 21st century technology. Went straight to Best Buy, asked where it was and bought it on the spot. Easy to install and WOW does the Internet fly through my PC now!

This product is a great deal. Not only is the price right, but Time Warner had no issues setting up. Also, TWC informed that when they go to higher residential speeds (50 - 300 Mbps), this product will be ready/available to receive the faster speeds!!!

This modem is working great with my TWC internet, I have not had the fastest possible speed for the modem but for what I have this works great. The lights on the front are little bright but if you turn it around it's not noticiable. Overall great product.

I bought this to avoid the Comcast modem rental fee. It was easy to setup, though you have to restart the modem once it's activated and then restart your wireless router (if you have it connected and configured) - in that order. Has worked flawlessly.

I bought this modem for Great speed and it definitely delivers. I have the 125mbps blast service from xfinity and this thing keeps right up. I planned for the speed to keep increasing over a few years and I'm saving about $96 a year by having my own modem.

We purchased this modem to replace the ISP provided modem we were currently using and ever since we plugged it in we have had no issues whatsoever. The high speed is also reassuring to know that we won't need to be replacing this model any time soon.

Bought this since I didn’t want to deal with the sb6190 intel chip set latency timing issues. I must say this modem has no problem with 450 Mbps download speeds from spectrum. It has been totally solid.

This ARRIS replaced my old one. The upgrade was worth it. ARRIS has a proven track record with me. It's reliable, I like the easy to understand lights and setup with Spectrum was not a problem and quick too.

Speed has improved but not sure if I'm getting the speed I'm paying for. This modem is on the service provider's supported list for the higher speeds but online speed assessments say I'm close but not quite there. Maybe it's the service provider's issue, not the modem. Easy install but required the service provider to recognize the modem before full functionality kicked in
