    I purchased this modem to replace a Surfboard SBG6782-AC Modem because my WIFI connections continued to drop multiple times a day. I actually believe this could be corrected by a firmware update, but my cable provider or Motorola did not have one available. Once the new modem was installed this problem stopped completely.

    Used in a small office with 8 employees. Replaced a Comcast modem to eliminate the monthly rental fee. Saw no difference in performance and have had no problems. It paid for itself in a few months. Using it with an ASUS wireless router.
