I like this model because its fast and the price was not too bad however, it feels like its cheaply built.

Great modem but the color and the amount of blue light coming from the inside the modem is distracting.

Easy to install and works like a charm. Would recommend for the price range.

My last modem was only fifteen months old, but could not support all of the updated devices in my house. Now no news is good news. We installed our whole wireless system ourselves and dropped the rental fee off our internet bill. Haven’t fought with any streaming devices since then!

Bought for new house to use with xfinity internet. We haven't had any issue at all. Installed easily.

I had to upgrade because of my last (same brand) going the way of Comcast not supporting it. It seems decent.

Not sure what you expect when it comes to modems but this works well and I've never had to reset it.

It works great and fast, but about every few days there is a 2-5 hour period where it just doesn't work

Out of the blue our old router died. Biked down to Best Buy and bought this. Soild so far. Cant complain. The internet seems fast and much more stable. We use these at work which influenced my decision to buy this one.

The modem so far is working, but it puts out alot of heat. I can see why they only last a few years.

I had a Netgear Modem that was good but after 3 years, it kept dropping the signal and my internet failed. My ISP told me it was my modem and not their problem. I ditched that modem and got this SURFBOARD 2 months ago and signal has not been dropped once. Can't recommend this enough !

This product solve the connection issue i was having with old modem. Set was very easy and I'm pleased.

This modem was easily set up. Only took an extra call to Comcast to get the modem recognition.

Replaced cable modem works fine trying g.to replace all of the original cable equipment

Bought the dual motom/ router. Works great as long as you stay in same room. Not for me so returned and bought just motom. Than I bought a new router. Ariss is a good brand. I have very strong reception and wireless printer works great. Motom let's every thing talk to each other.

This modem is doing exactly what we needed it to do.’plus we are saving in our cable bill

I did research on this product line and it's very well respected. I had to return it because it didn't have enough outlets on the back for the things I needed - they were out of the model I needed (same product line) so I will be back to get it soon. This line is one of the top products to purchase.

It was recommended to me to use a good cable modem in tandem with a wireless router. I followed that advice and have been very well satisfied with my decision. There is great coverage throughout the multi-level house with multiple users.
