Does what it's designed to do. Easy setup abs usability

Got tired of the garbage the cable company was renting me so I talked to them up at BB and they recommend this one as well as WiFi router. Well since changing my network around I have way better signal and no buffering on any connected devices.

Was simple to install but had difficulty with RR - signal and their opening the program

Well, it works with Comcast, doesn't change much from my old sb6121 other than the heat it generates might want to put a fan on it. When you can buy this 30.00 cheaper on line a friend gave me a gift card that I had to use anyhow, I hate retail. Motorola home modems got bought out, not the same quality as before and the support for replacement of these new models is almost non existent.

I needed a new modem to connect to my apple airport. Easy set up. No problems to date.

I have always had Motorola modems. I bought two of these hoping they kept up the tradition of quality. Both modems bonded channels and set up easily with Comcast. As long as they last a good long time like my others, I will be happy.

Worked for what i needed it for at the time. Have recently upgraded but for minimal thing's this is a great router.

This is a solid modem to use with Comcast. I purchased this because the all in one wireless/cable modems have terrible range. This modem allows you to squeak out extra bandwidth from you cable connection I get 61 mbs instead of the 55 advertised.

I haven't had this long, but I have not had any issues.

The modem works for the most part opposing to signal higher than the cable company puts out problem is it has some sort of issue where it doesn't pull a signal at all sometimes that is the biggest issue I had I ended up swapping it out for a Netgear modem instead could've just been related to my cable company I have RCN

This cable modem performed well, but it died before the warranty expired and it became a real hazle to have ARRIS honor the warranty. They make you wait a long time to replace the unit in order to force you to pay an outrageous price for expediting.

It's been great so far. We've had good connectivity and haven't had any issues. There are a lot of lights which look cool but it makes the modem pretty bright. It is also a little warm to the touch. But, we've had a good experience with it...so far so good.

I essentially didn't want to pay to lease a modem/router from Comcast, so I went to Best Buy to purchase the equipment for myself. I like to think in the long run that will save me money, and this modem has worked great so far. No complaints.

I use this modem along with the netgear nighthawk AC1900. Great combo

Can use multiple devices connected to the internet. Better product.

Have multiple tv's, phones and tablets all streaming with no issues
