It's perfect!

Ok speed, easy to install

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When the Xfinity rep recommended this modem he said we would have improved internet speed. That was not the case. It's no faster than our old one. But the directions were very clear. It was easy to set up and is compatible with our new Xfinity service.

It works ok, except for the light indicators

I connect it and called the ISP without any issues for activation. However, the online light indicators are blue flourecent that when everything is dark will be anoying. Also the modem gets too hot compared with my previous modem.

Great option for Xfinity cable modem to save money

It works awesomely be reminded though as if it works for comcast double play option if you have home phone install you need a different modem with telephony option

The modem is average

They were friendly and helpful. I'm still not sure if it's the right fit for me and my house because sometimes it works great and sometimes it doesn't. Not sure if it's a Spectrum issue or not.
