    Replaced an unsupported model with this modem. Works great with my Xfinity internet. I don't know how to tell if it made our internet any faster, but it's going strong. Got a good deal too by recycling my old router with BBY.

    Does not break connection to my computer, like the Mediacom modem/router did. Frequently, and taking up to five minutes or more to reestablish a connection from my computer.

    One week after I bought it price went down $10 at bestbuy they wouldn’t refund the difference. Said I had to come in. Coronavirus Didn’t want to die. So how about a refund now

    Purchased this modem a couple of months ago when when my last one crapped out. Found this one to be significantly better in terms of throughput and stability. I've locked this in a closet and haven't needed to physically access it since.

    I have used several cable modems throughout the years and by far, this is the best one to date. Service is with Comcast and their tech told me during install that this is best one out there. Have had now for 30+ days and haven't had to reset once.
