just got tired of renting my router plug it in call cable company to put in a code the service guy came and add a small device so My TiVo works save money !!!!

This modem is great and stable. I have not had any disconnects. Granted you need a faster modem for Gigabit speeds, but this one is perfect if you don’t.

I live in a small apartment so this modem does a very good job for me. Send a strong signal anywhere in apartment. Highly recommend it

After replacing this with the default router from the cable company, I was definitely able to see an increase in the wifi speed.

This is a good modem but unfortunately it would not work correctly with my Eero mesh wi-fi. I was having latency and buffering issues and returned it for another modem which works fine with the Eero system.

This equipment saves me from paying $11 per month on my cable bill and i have noticed that my wifi is faster and it allows me to have 5G, a win win!!

This is a basic to moderate performance cable modem. Works great for any family with less than 16 all time simultaneously connected devices.

Was having trouble getting good wi-fi throughout my ranch style home. Purchased this and had a small problem setting up, but read trouble shooting directions and connected immediately.

We looked at other brands but chose this one because it gave us the speed we were looking for.The sales person spoke very highly of it also. It was easy to install.

I am a firm believer in having your own modem and router. Comcast's rental is expensive and not worth it to me. This has worked for me for over 5 years. Bought one for my dad and his wife. They liked it as well.

having the time warner tech in store and available to answer any questions and to program my modem with time warner was the best. thank you for making this purchase so easy.

I purchased this modem because it would be cheaper to own. It saves money, works better then expected, and gets faster internet service then my old modem. Very happy with my purchase!

Great modem, way better specs than the cheap one that spectrum gives you

Bought one for new internet service and it works great. It is docsis 3.1 so compatible with most isp. Second one I have owned.

Perfect for the gamer. Prior to setting myself up with my own system I rented a combo from the cable company. So not worth the rental charge. This modem worth every penny.

I purchased this modem at the suggestion of the electronic department based on my extensive use of WiFi devises. It works great with no problems or concerns. I highly recommend it.

I have tried the Zapp and it was just ok. I replaced with this and have had no slow down issues. Just make sure you do not get the router modem. They are terrible when combined.

Since I have installed my new modem I haven’t had any problems with my internet service!well satisfied!
