My tv works. It still needed a wireless router. My computer guy knew what to do. Good thing I hadn’t thrown out my Netgear.

The router itself is good. But their APP is terrible

Was tired of paying a monthly charge from Time Warner and wanted to get a modem where I did not have to worry about upgrading for awhile. Happy with my purchase

This is a great calbe modem and you can not go wrong with it. It is much better quality and cheaper in the long run than renting one from the cable company.

Took 5 minutes to install, a few more tu o sync it with router and internet service. More directions would be beneficial.

This modem did not work well with my internet provider. It got good reviews but it just wouldn’t work.

The instructions were not clear and when I got to one installation step I had to call my internet provider for help logging in. The terminology was misleading. I wasn't sure which log on and password they wanted me to use. Works great though.

Used Arris routers for years at customer sites. Have not had one fail. This one is future proofed with Gigabit capability.

This modem just preforms as it should. It is not overly bulky and has plenty of ventilation which should ensure a longer life with ample room to breath.

Have some happy kids ...this was an easy fix after about 2 months of trouble shooting ! No more dropped signals on all the electronics and especially the x box

I bought this in conjunction with my Google WiFi and have had no problems with my internet reaching all devices on all 3 floors

Purchased this modem to replace a modem/router combo. Works excellent with new router purchased. We use this with a T5 broadband service.

Just going to hook this up to our router for more WIFi for our game stations we have.

I bought this and it is very similar to the Motorola Surf board years ago. Don't expect and problems. I am not a techie, so I only use it for connecting to the Internet. It's probably made for home use only not heavy use but what do I know.

This modem works great. I haven't had any issues so far and it easily connected to the current wifi device I owned. I would recommend buying this one.

I had heard from a number of people that you need minimum 3.0 docksis and Arris is the one I chose. I am very happy with this product.

So happy I chose this modem per the associates recommendation. I coupled this with the Google router and my wifi works like a dream now!

Not much to say besides this is the best modem I've had to date. If you have Comcast, do yourself a favor and get this modem and buy your own wireless router.
