Worked ok but had issues but I have a ton of devices so that may be why? It died just over a year. 2nd in 2 years. Compact and easy to place. Wish would last longer.

I bought this one to replace my time Warner cable (rent) modem. It works great. Less disconnect possibilities.

I bought this to replace the router / modem combo that Cox provided. I had nothing but problems with their equipment. This works great with no problems.

Bought this about a month ago to replace a surfboard all-in-one router/modem. Have been very happy and have had no network dropouts since installing!

Arris is our go to brand for modems, with owning our own we don't have to pay the internet company any equipment fees and can upgrade as needed.

This has lived up and beyond my expectations. I have had 0 network issues after upgrading to this modem.

Just going to hook this up to our router for more WIFi for our game stations we have.

It is cheaper in the long run to just purchase a modem instead of renting one. This is a good product to buy for that. It has good range.

I bought this modem to replace my cable provider modem. It was easy to connect and my internet connection throughout my home never drops. Great product.

Replaced TWC modem and their monthly rental charge (which had increased for no good reason) with this unit, works well with no issues thus far.

Unless you live in an area with extremely high speed internet. This will work fine. It's cheap enough that you don't need to rent one from your ISP.

At today's download/upload speeds you're going to have to get a DOCSIS 3.0 modem sooner rather than later, anyway. This one is among the best out there.

Suddenlink in Louisiana couldn't recognize this modem on their network. So I returned it but would still recommend for more advanced service networks.

Works as it should and came quickly! Packaging could be a bit better but overall great product

I was using on of Xfinity’s modems which was shaky at best but after upgrading to this I’ve had crystal clear internet ever since!

Exactly what we needed and way better than what we had through Mediacom. So thankful for Best Buy’s educated sales people.
