    I love sticking to the cable company. 12 bucks a month for theirs always had to unplug it. Now I have mine own and it’s paid for it self.

    Took the cable company modem out and installed the Arris. Quick and easy to do. Smaller footprint, better heat removal.

    The cable guy set it up, didn't work at first but was his ethernet cable. He used the cable that came with and we were good to go

    Seemed like a great deal but had to return because with have phone service with Cox cable and this modem does not support phone service.

    Ok modem. Not providing the same speed as Cox Cisco 8/4 modem. It is slightly slower and it gets very hot. We'll see how it performs over time.
