    I had to return this because my land line phone system did not have support for this unit. Apparently to have a Spectrum phone you must use their modem. They have got you there!

    I was told I needed a new modem so It can keep up with the upgraded internet speed. It hasn't caused any problem and good enough product for what I paid for.

    We don't have blazing fast internet and this is doing the trick for us. The Comcast technician had it up and running in 30 seconds, we added a wireless router and we are all set.
