    I had to return this because my land line phone system did not have support for this unit. Apparently to have a Spectrum phone you must use their modem. They have got you there!

    So glad I stopped paying Comcast monthly fee and purchased my own modem. This one works better than comcast's "rental" modem.

    I am never sure if my problem is the modem WiFi or Spectrum. I suspect a little of both.

    We don't have blazing fast internet and this is doing the trick for us. The Comcast technician had it up and running in 30 seconds, we added a wireless router and we are all set.
