    I should have given it 5 stars but since I used it a month ago, I have to reboot the modem 3x already. Not sure if the problem is my internet provider or not.

    I replaced my verizon provided cable modem with Harris. The signal is much stronger and I am saving on renting the much weaker modem. It will pay itself in less than a year .

    Great Modem, but NOT IPV6 Compatible with TWC

    The modem gets great speeds, but it's not future proof as advertised. The fact that it's not IPV6 compatible on Time Warner Cable is a huge drawback. Oddly, enough I went back to my tried and true SB6121 because it is IPV6 compatible. IPV6 is the future so you're modem must support it as IPV4 addresses are running out. Without IPV6 support you may not be able to access sites that only have an IPV6 address.
