    The modem gets great speeds, but it's not future proof as advertised. The fact that it's not IPV6 compatible on Time Warner Cable is a huge drawback. Oddly, enough I went back to my tried and true SB6121 because it is IPV6 compatible. IPV6 is the future so you're modem must support it as IPV4 addresses are running out. Without IPV6 support you may not be able to access sites that only have an IPV6 address.

    As the title says. It is a cable modem. It works well with our internet provider and keeps up with our streaming needs.
