    I'm sure it's a good product but it was not compatible with Optimun cable company. I would not recommend it to a friend this has Optimum

    The internet modem, ARRIS - SURFboard 16 x 4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - White which we purchased at Bestbuy is a good one to meet the need of our internet use. Buying it saved us from monthly payments of $10 for the internet provider.
