First one didn’t work

I wasted about 2 hours with 3 techs from Xfinity before we decided it was not going to ever work. I exchanged it at local Best Buy and the second one worked out of the box. The rating is an average for both. Best Buy gets 5 starts for the way they handled the exchange.

Don’t buy if you are Optimum customers

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my Optimum internet services and it didn’t work for some reason and Optimum seem to have hidden policy or something that they won’t let you use the top speed of your internet if you don’t Rent from them. It’s a scam in a way so I ended up returning it.
