Decent modem, but buy Geek Squad

However, after about a year of use, it conked out on me. I would highly recommend purchasing Geek Squad with it. While in use, I did have to reset it probably once or twice a month too.

Didn’t work out for me.

Only as good as your internet provider

Xfinity or Arris?

But internet still drops occasionally and we have streaming problems also occasionally. Not sure if that is because of the provider or the modem.

Showed me this ARRIS-SURFBOARD as a fitting modem for 300mb purpose. WRONG. HOLDS ONLY 100MBS. I MISS MY ASUS-CM-32 AC2600 DOCSIS 3.0 32x8 cable modem with an AC2600 WIFI router powered by an Intel® Puma™ processor PERFECT IN EVERYWAY. Sad it was an employee who knew nothing about it otherwise I would not had to of returned it.

Cable modem
