I bought it to get out of the TWC monthly payment, but is giving me more problem, lose connection, the TWC said is to slow the connection and shut down my program or movies.. really upset.

the product was great the only part that I would add to this product is to have a wireless module inside. it would do it perfect

It was great, but then a couple of weeks later we had to keep on resetting it once in a while, maybe mine is a fluke but who knows, motorola is a good brand though. Worth the money.

When I purchased. I couldn’t get it to work. I called the company. They couldn’t get it to work. Stating this is very rare but u must have a defective unit.

We purchased this item in an attempt to speed up our cable internet, but sadly, our speed only went up slightly. At least we aren't paying rent to the cable company for their modem.

Does the job, but I find myself having to reset it quite often. probably better options out there

I was hoping to see a major difference in my wifi speed after picking this up. Not sure if it's the modem or the provider that is the issue. Most likely its Comcast

It is a good product if you want to save on your cable bill if you don't have a regular phone since this modem doesn't have a phone jack.

Works and is cheap but eventually will get faulty after a year or two. This is my 2nd one...

Haven't really needed to use this but when I did it wasn't the best Modem I have used or seen

Really only bought it to update to the latest DOCSIS system. cant really tell the difference until i upgrade my cable service which will not happen anytime soon!

I'm pretty sure this modem gets kicked off the Comcast network regularly as I have to reset it every couple days and call Comcast every week to ask for help.

Optimum technician stated that this unit wasn’t working. Unit was 2 days old. Not sure what the issue was but I returned it to bb next day.

I was told great things about this modem, wanted it to replace my Comcast modem but it ended up cutting my speeds in half. Had to return it.

This unit did not work with my Version internet, I returned it without any issues. I had asked a store reversative and he could not answer my question and told me to find someone else that could help me, I could not find anyone and did not want to wait. I guess the product itself might be good however my overall experience was not good.

I still need to install it to my new place and that would be this wknd. But because my cuz said it was a great purchase I give it 3 Stars.

It is a good modem but not great. Have to reset just about everyday because it just becomes bogged down with all the streaming.

Unfortunately, I knew that I needed to upgrade my modem because of some changes being made by Comcast. I was led to believe that the salesperson knwew what was needed to meet the new changes at Comcast. This modem was highly suggested. after it eas installed, I found some slight improvement over my replaced modem, but not the performance I expected. I needed a modem with DOCSIS 3.1 and this one is DOCSIS 3.0. WHOOPS!

I notice a lot of artifacts in my cable TV stream when using this modem, but can't definitively blame the modem. The Internet connection is rock solid.
