Purchased for my granddaughters new apartment, they picked out and are happy with their selection

A great modem and does what it is supposed to do. A Lot to choose from but this one gets the job done.

Hopefully this one last longer than a year. The last two only lasted a year each so glad I had GSP.

Bestbuy sold me returned item which restricted me in activating my internet Just check for seal before buying the product

better than the modem from the cable company but that is not saying much

Not sure if it was about Comcast or the product. It was on the Comcast approved list. Best Buy was fine taking it back with no issues.

I cannot review, because I didn't need it after all and returned it in unopened box.

Setup requires tech support. Comcast made initial setup difficult. Tech support was helpful

I had the 300/20Mbps plan from Time Warner and after hours working with them to get this modem working properly I was only able to get it to run at 150Mbps download. I decided to switch to a different brand and that one worked just fine at the expected speeds. Not sure if I had a dud or not but I was not happy with this and returned it

The router is very fast and with multiple gaming devices it ideal

Upgraded my internet services with Time Warner Cable from 100 mbps to 300 mbps. I had already owned my modem and didn't want to have to pay for another. I picked up this same day with in store pick up. Took about an hour for them to find it and let me know I could pick it up. Easy installation, simple unbox it, plug in ethernet cable, screw in the coaxial cable, and power it up. Then call your cable company and let them know you bought your own modem and provide them the MAC address from either the device itself or on the box. They should be able to ping it, reset it and that's it. You'll be enjoying faster speeds in no time. Pros: Easy installation, works for under and up to 300 mbps for TWC (recommend purchasing even if you have lower speeds and will be considering an upgrade to a faster speed later), receiving 300+ mbps speed. Cons: No wifi and no addition ports, requires a router for these capabilities and I prefer this but many do not. No available in black.

Was very disappointed in this - it specifically said that it would be able to be used on Spectrum but when it wouldn’t work - I called their tech support who stated this was not compatible with their service. Call your cable provider tech support before you order/buy this to make sure it will work.

Installed modem, hooked up to service, worked fine until exactly 6:57 am the following day. Had a Comcast tech over because Comcast thought there was an issue outside but turns out - Modem is faulty. Returned to store, received new one,....Installed and done. I guess simply bad luck! Working good Two days now.

Not bad when it works but it seems to lose connection at times. Probably won’t get an Arris next time.

Good modem but actually used the one from the cable company.

Good for a small office or room based on your WiFi carrier.

I purchased this to replace one like it, the only thing is that I have to reset it sometimes a couple times a day. I went though my whole house checking my connections and other equip and all are working, my cable works I am looking into another modem, My neighbor hasn't had any issues with their internet.

bought to replace my twc modem but does not have phone or cable abilities. so I returned it.
