I tried to get this to work and when I called Spectra it would not work. I then had the Geek Squad to come out and they also could not get it to work. I returned it to Best Buy to get my money back.

Installer said we didn't need it so we returned it for credit

Installed with Cox on 7/3. After hours on 7/30 with a Cox tech (and putting another modem on my line) it is indeed a dead modem already. And of course it's past the return date. Lovely.

Absolute crap. My internet goes out every 10 minutes.

Loose internet service around 3 times a week. Have to reboot the modem often

This device no longer works and I’ve only had it for 2 months. Best Buy won’t take it back and Arris Customer Service is the worse! Save your money!

Unfortunately this item was not able to work for us. A sales person at Best Buy recommended this product for our connection to Comcast - the cable worked but the internet did not. tried numerous times working alone and with Comcast but was not able to get correct connection. Very easy to return product.

Modem doesn't support time Warner home home so I returned it and am renting it from twc.

I been having problems connecting to the Internet on and off since I installed this modem.

This item is good but not the best Sometimes get very slow I don't recommend it

It just stopped working properly. It just failed out of the blue.

The only reason I gave this product one star is because I couldn't use it. I told my sales person I needed phone support for my application, and this modem was recommended, but to my surprise there was no phone support with this model. It seems not many of us still have home phones. Returned with no hassle to my Best Buy store.

We upgraded our WiFi system and modem. Unfortunately this modem didn’t work well. Turns out this modem BB recommended for us didn’t work properly with the WiFi system they recommended. We replaced the modem with a 6190 model. It’s working now and is a big improvement over what we had previously.

I returned this as it does not have wifi..........

After about one week it goes off line and has to be reset.

Amazing modem ditch your rental save $10 or $15 a month and this modem has more channels I'm getting more speed than I pay for and I don't have to reset it every few days like the one I was paying the cable company for. Easy setup and install for xfinity Comcast purchased this and a netgear AC1750 router both amazing products. Would buy over cheaper Motorola just because it's future proof and modems usually last years considering my rental fee was about 12 a month this will pay for itself in a years time after that just money in my pocket. Look no further reputation for this modem is amazing and if you find a lower price like I did on Amazon for just a few bucks they match it no problem!

This modem is old version, get my speed is slow, waste money

I wanted to try it but my complex said cox doesn't use it.

I wanna give it 0 star if I can. Just use 3 months and stop working anymore. And the customer service is horrible. Don't buy this brand even the price is low but still not worthy for the money.
