Plugged it in saw a difference immediately. I have bright house. The modem they gave was 8 channel modem and I still got buffering on YouTube not once since I put this bad boy in!!!

This is a great modem. I initially tried the combination modem/router, but felt that this one, in combination with a dedication router, gave better performance.

Time Warner just upped the default speeds in my area. My plan was upped to 20 Megabytes per second. With this modem, I frequently see speeds a bit faster than that.

I switched from the comcast provided modem which would drop constantly. I have not had a single problem with this modem

I bought this to use with my 150 mbps internet connection. I would only ever get 120 mbps before I bought this modem. After I hooked it up I got all the way up to 170 mbps. Very nice speed boost and I don't have to pay a monthly cable modem rental fee.

i recently upgraded to this model when switching to Bright Houses lightning 150, and this modem delivers. I am easily getting around 160-180 using this modem.

Works as intended with Comcast. Pretty easy to activate.

I was using Time Warner's modem and paying each month. For the price of this modem It pays for itself in 1/2 year. Work great and price was good

I wanted a Time Warner Cable compatible modem. This one not only did the trick, but I'm getting speeds consistently above the plan I'm paying for.

Not much to say other than it works like it should and Best Buy made it easy for me to get rid of the lease from Cable One.

This modem was easy to install and it works great. Wanted to stop renting from isp and get one that was budget friendly. This was the one.

Fantastic modem considering the options out there, this is hands down the best modem you can buy without going to the multi-use router/modem option. My only complaint is that the blue lights on the modem are EXTREMELY bright, so much so that it's difficult to see the green status lights above and below. In summary, great modem, get it! Just make sure you can compensate for all of the added blue light from this thing...simply, it's BRIGHT!

I purchased this to replace the modem I rented from TIme Warner, as it will pay for itself within 10 months. I have had a couple hiccups after installing, but have worked most out. Seems to work as anticipated otherwise.

This modem works fast, I mean really fast. The only problem is comcast doesn't have the fastest speed this baby could handle by my area yet.

Router works reliably just as it should. Compatible with Time Warner Cable, so helps avoid rental costs. Very happy with purchase.

Bought this as a replacement for a previous Arris modem that finally died. Excellent speeds and so far no drops or signal issues.

I get 195 mbps download and 45 mbps upload with Cox Ultimate.

Connected this to my linksys mesh wifi and works very well. Easy setup. No complaints.

I had to physically call Charter to have them sync with my modem, but has been running smooth ever since then.
