Great modem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This modem is worth the money and the protection plan. I was looking for a modem to replace my rental. I have Optimum internet service and it was frustrating finding a modem that is compatible with Optimum. Once you purchase the modem you have to call the company and register your modem. After its registered it will work better than the rental.

Bye Bye rental fee
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this modem to replace the one I was renting from my cable provider (Cablevision). They were charging me $10 plus taxes a month for a modem that was less capable than this one. I bought this one and it will pay for itself in less than a year. I now own my modem and do not have to pay them a recurring fee to rent theirs. And when they finish channel bonding I am ready.

Great Router Lasting Performance

It has been on and working flawlessly for 3 months. I only wish that I had a better router to take advantage of the speed available from this modem. I believe this modem is helping me achieve the most data throughput allowable by my cable internet provider TWC.
