This Modem works great and easy to set up. Waited too long to make this decision and it will pay for itself in 12 months. I paid Time Warner 11.00 dollars a month for over 10 years. . Call your cable company to see what modems work with their network and start saving money. Do the math.

We were like renting and paying 10$ monthly for this and finally decided to purchase our own. This is definitely a great product! We've been using this for like 2 months already and we have no problem at all. Good stuff right here.

After getting the Time Warner upgrades from 50 to 300 down, this modem was a perfect match. Although the only thing I question is that it advertises 600 down and per Time Warner max is 300.. Either way, works like a champ!

Best value for a modem to connect to the cable ISP. Reviewed several articles and chose this as the best alternative, and searched prices before purchasing. Best Buy price-matched as they say they do without any hesitation or problem. Item works exactly as advertised. Very satisfied.

Looks cool with blue lights. Easy to install. A little faster download speed than my old unit.

Great modem and excellent price. Except, I have xfinity and it is not compatible with their system anymore. So I had to return it and buy one for double the price.

got fed up with paying monthly fee for optimum provided box. this works well--just have to contact cable and give the MAC #.

Cable provider upped our speed but did not tell me that I would need to upgrade my modem. Once I figured that out, bought this and everything has been smooth.

It glows blue! And is fast as lightning. We got this when our other cable modem stopped working properly -- who knew the thing had to be replaced every two years? BUT, now we get another 25mbps fast than what we had before ... same cable package, just a different modem made all the difference.

This modem gets better speed then the one that the cable company provides you with. TWC customer service even told me that with just this modem alone I will see my speed increase. I plugged it in at home and ran a speed test and I saw my speed increase. No more "Modem FEES" and speed increase

Installation was a breeze. Just add power, input cable, and exit Ethernet. Comcast did the rest, uploading new software, and a new boot file (for the speed you are paying for...). Up and working in 5 minutes after being removed form the box. Each one in this series seems faster and faster.

Our last modem was purchased in 2003. Our connection was slow and pages were not loading. So we had the cable company come out and said our modem was outdated. We purchased this one on the recommendation of the cable serviceman. It has made a difference in our speed and pages load quicker now.

I'm not running the top internet speeds! only 50 Mbps, but when tested through the WIFI before I bought the modem. At best i would get 35Mbps down and 5.3 up. Now I average 49 Mbps down and top out at 55 Mbps. I am very impressed!

I have been looking for the right modem to work with the systems set up in my house, after reviewing a few I selected this one and I am not disappointed. The unit Is extremely compatible with all the equipment in the house and is very powerful. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Just what I needed to secure connection while working remotely. This brand was suggested from my provider and the prices came a range so I could get the correct product without emptying my pockets.

I've had it about a month and so far it works great. No problems. But it emits a very bright blue light that's bright enough to light up the room at night and it always feels very warm to the touch. My old cable modem didn't do either of those things.

We purchased this to avoid the monthly charge from Comcast once we eliminated their phone service. Speeds seem better compared to the old Comcast router, and streaming also seems better. Been paying the hardware charge through Comcast for 9 years, almost $900 in fees in that time.

Love it. I have the fastest internet option so I wanted a powerful modem to support all the users in our house. Between wife, kids, ipads, Xboxes, and cellphones we use a lot. This modem does the job. We can stream movies without issue. No freezing like I use to deal with. I think its great.
