Quick and simple install. Has been running for months and I never have to reset. Speeds have been consistently higher with no flux in quality of service. My cable company is able to easily remotely manipulate the modem with ease.

I bought this to replace a modem I was renting from my cable company, I prefer to keep the $7 I paid the cable company every month in my pocket instead in there's. Plus it just out preforms the one I was renting in are areas.

I got this to replace my current modem provided by spectrum to work with a mesh based Eero system and it was perfect. Don’t forget to notify your provider of the modem change or it will not work properly.

If you have contracted100 mob/s or more from your cable I would recommend getting this device. Avoid paying your cable company for rentals, after a year the device pays on its self...

Had to replace my old arris after two and half years due to lightning strike. It paid itself off and better then leading through internet company. This is the upgraded up to date modem and it has worked great for the last two months

This came highly recommended by the tech office where I work. Recently dropped cable and upped my upload/download speeds so I wanted to make sure I had a router to handle the increased bandwidth. I have about 9 connected devices in my house at any one time and this works great!

When Time Warner rolled out their speed upgrades, I decided I wanted to upgrade my modem to take advantage of the maximum speed. This modem has worked without issue. A good choice vs. paying the cable company a rental fee.

The multichannel binding on this model makes it well worth the purchase. If you are streaming or downloading extensive amounts of data over a fast connection, this is the cable modem for you! If your primary service is less than 25 Mbs, the next model down would be more than sufficient.

I have Xfinity internet, and this modem works great. I almost bought the next model up because it can handle higher speeds, but my Xfinity service will never even come close to the limits of this modem. I highly recommend this.

I wanted to replace my Comcast modem in order to save $10 per month.The Best Buy staff steered me to this item, and it works great! When I had a problem with my Internet connection, it ended up being a Comcast issue, but in the process I called Arris Tech Support and they were great.

Set up for one of my Apple clients. Good modem. Replaced Spectrum Technicolor TC8715D. Much more stable than the Technicolor modem/router. Far less need for power-cycling. Using with client-owned Netgear WNDR4500 router. Easy setup with Spectrum tech support.

Easy to set up. Replaced a previous model which fried in a storm. Overall happy I got such a good deal and it’s nice that there are stores like Best Buy still around so you can get one right away. Steve O

I've had the Arris Surfboard for about a month now and I have to say it's works great,. no complaints to speak of, I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a new home modem. The Arris brand is worth getting..

We bought this to pair with our router. It looks small and unimpressive, but it kicks butt. Our internet never drops, our speeds are awesome. We stream everything and this let's us do that and still work on computers or play in phones with ease. Worth the money!

Purchased this router for a 25Mb cable internet package. Performance has been solid, I have owned an surfboard modem of some type since around 2007 and have never had a problem with this line of cable modem.

I highly recommend this modem if you use COX .. The Lafayette area has 12 channels available... I noticed a BIG speed difference since upgrading.. The speed I am on (155Mbps) is capable of being used with the lower end 8-Channel modem .. but the 8-Channels are saturated now in my area..

These unprecedented times required me to work from home and my old modem just wasn’t keeping up. I switched to this and I’m pulling 190+ mbps compared to 30 to 40 max. Definitely worth the little money it costs

This modern was easy to set up and works with my spectrum cable internet

It was not a planned purchase, so I had no time to research modems. I purchased this modem based on the BestBuy personnel. I went home, hooked it up and was up and running. It takes up minimal amount of space. The glow of the units works as a nice night light as well.
