Works great. Only needed to reboot a couple of times and those may have been ISP issues instead of modem. Much more reliable than the modem it replaced that needed frequent reboots.

Cable provider upped our speed but did not tell me that I would need to upgrade my modem. Once I figured that out, bought this and everything has been smooth.

Quick and simple install. Has been running for months and I never have to reset. Speeds have been consistently higher with no flux in quality of service. My cable company is able to easily remotely manipulate the modem with ease.

I highly recommend this modem if you use COX .. The Lafayette area has 12 channels available... I noticed a BIG speed difference since upgrading.. The speed I am on (155Mbps) is capable of being used with the lower end 8-Channel modem .. but the 8-Channels are saturated now in my area..

Set up for one of my Apple clients. Good modem. Replaced Spectrum Technicolor TC8715D. Much more stable than the Technicolor modem/router. Far less need for power-cycling. Using with client-owned Netgear WNDR4500 router. Easy setup with Spectrum tech support.

Had to replace my old arris after two and half years due to lightning strike. It paid itself off and better then leading through internet company. This is the upgraded up to date modem and it has worked great for the last two months

We bought this to pair with our router. It looks small and unimpressive, but it kicks butt. Our internet never drops, our speeds are awesome. We stream everything and this let's us do that and still work on computers or play in phones with ease. Worth the money!

I've had it about a month and so far it works great. No problems. But it emits a very bright blue light that's bright enough to light up the room at night and it always feels very warm to the touch. My old cable modem didn't do either of those things.

Read positive reviews on this item before choosing to purchase it at Best Buy (which also offered the best price). Really happy with the ability to set up separate login passwords and use MAC address and DHCP for smart TVs, PCs, Laptops, tablets, smartphones and guest devices!

Just what I needed to secure connection while working remotely. This brand was suggested from my provider and the prices came a range so I could get the correct product without emptying my pockets.

When Comcast told me my existing modem was at end of life, I didn't think getting a new one would matter. I was wrong; I noticed immediately after setup that my download speed had increased considerably. This modem lets me take complete advantage of what I'm paying Comcast for.

It was not a planned purchase, so I had no time to research modems. I purchased this modem based on the BestBuy personnel. I went home, hooked it up and was up and running. It takes up minimal amount of space. The glow of the units works as a nice night light as well.

I have Xfinity internet, and this modem works great. I almost bought the next model up because it can handle higher speeds, but my Xfinity service will never even come close to the limits of this modem. I highly recommend this.

I got this to replace my current modem provided by spectrum to work with a mesh based Eero system and it was perfect. Don’t forget to notify your provider of the modem change or it will not work properly.

I've had the Arris Surfboard for about a month now and I have to say it's works great,. no complaints to speak of, I would definitely recommend it to anyone else looking for a new home modem. The Arris brand is worth getting..

Got upgraded to comcast Blast Pro internet speed 150 Mbps and I'm glad I got this model. There is basically no configuration to do, but it does have a page on the device where you can reset the modem when you need too. No complaints and it has been working flawlessly.

This modern was easy to set up and works with my spectrum cable internet

Have been using a Surfboard 6141 for my TWC account for past 2 years very successfully. Saved monthly fees and performed flawlessly. Recently TWC upgraded my account to 300d/20u so I upgraded to the Surfboard 6183. It also performs flawlessly with speeds up to 345down / 23.5up.

It works well easy to setup also compatible to the cable modem and a money saver.

This is an amazing device and well worth it to get rid of the junk the BrightHouse and other cable company's dump on you also lets you have control of your own equipment so that they can't just change settings on you without you knowing about it keeping it at full speed for your plan
