Upgraded my modem from the sb6120 to this to keep up with the yearly speed increases from xfinity. Easy install & very fast speeds! Should last a long time as it supports speeds up to 600 down

We bought this modem to replace the one we got from our cable provider. We had nothing but problems with the old modem and since purchasing this product not a single issue or problem has occured. I would definitely recommend this to any internet user!

I bought this modem to replace an SB 6121 because I thought the modem was a bottleneck on download speed. Although it turned out the wiring (or my provision) is the limit, I'm happy I have this modem for the potential higher speeds coming in time.

I was experiencing issues w my internet at my house. My previous cable modem would drop the signal and reset every so often. Ever since I purchased this new modem, this issue no longer happens. Very happy with the purchase.

Lightning strike two doors down created a surge that necessitated replacing the last Motorola modem. Went with this upgrade with fingers crossed that the untapped potential would someday be usable. Setup was smooth, just required a call to COX and a magnifying glass to read the minuscule digits to the tech. No reason I can see for keeping the type so small (minus a star).

I brought this because I lost the adapter from the Baton Rouge flood. I only had it for few days the speed Is incredible! I had to take it back and found an adapter for what I need for the modem. This is a must buy for high speed internet.

Great modem to cut the rental fee with your ISP if you have to rent Internet equipment when already paying an arm and a leg for service! Just make sure that it is compatible with your ISP.

We were having our cable hooked up and needed a router instead of using the cable company's. We went to Best Buy and they directed us to the ARRIS SURFboard 600 Series. It has worked flawlessly and was very affordable.

Other then having to contact the cable company, it's a fairly easy cable modem to setup. I had for a month and no problems so far. Got it a Best Buy store cheaper than on-line.

This is a good modem. The speed is fast and no issues. Install was easy.

The installation and operation of the SURFboard modem is easy and fast. Once installed it is hands free and solid operational. I recommend this product instead of your ISP's modem.

This handles ALL of needs, Optimum cannot throttle back our service in these times of high usage,such as the on-line schooling going on now. Does everything we need and more!!

Simple, basic modem that provides the speeds I need. I was using the one provided by my cable company and never got anywhere near the speeds I was paying for. Hooked this up and now I get faster speeds than what I am paying for! Recommended.

After reading through many reviews, I found this to be the best product for me. This was a step above what I originally intended to get however, I couldn't be more satisfied with the item!

installation was simple and the modem works magnificently

I tested the speed of my internet and found out I was not getting the download/upload as promised by Cox cable. After making a call, they told me the modem I was using was my problem. Bought this Docsis 3.0 and sure nuff my speed increased.

Bought this Cable Modem to replace an older Motorola modem. Product does exactly what its suppose to do. All I had to do was activate the modem with my provider and I was online. This will future proof my setup when my isp increases my speed.
