We recently moved into a new house and purchased this modem. It has worked perfectly. With three family members on the network and streaming TV, we are very satisfied.

This modem is high speed and handles 140MBPS really well. I use it with Eros pro and have had no issues. Don’t let the low cost of ‘this modem fool you, it is powerful

I had to purchase a new modem for my upgrade and they support the Arris family of modems. This was super easy to setup and get working. It was on sale at the time of purchase making it a great value as well.

Great little modem! Perfect for speeds under 200mbps!

I switched from renting one from WOW cable and I couldn't be happier. It's practically fail proof. When the power surges or goes off, it automatically re-boots itself. I don't have to go disconnect it and wait the re-connect and hope.

Went to Best Buy to get a new Modem. Sales rep was very helpful in accessing my new needs and recommended this model. Bought and easily installed it and the Arris Surfboard 600 is meeting all my needs. Very Pleased. Thank you.

When I realized I was paying a rental fee for the Internet provider modem, I returned it and bought this one. Can't believe I paid so much rent. This modem is the same as the one I was renting and works very well.

I was looking for a cable modem without wireless router and this product is exactly what I was looking for. Setup was very easy and works very well. Great product and big cost saver as opposed to renting a modem from Internet provider.

I purchased this router in anticipation of my internet provider increasing my internet speed. It replaced the same brand, but a lesser model. Both worked and are working flawlessly.

We purchased this again after lightening blew out our last one. We purchased the exact same one since it never gave us an issue. We are very impressed with the product.

My old modem was the slower version. It died when we had a wind storm and power outage. I had the power plugged into a surge protector, but the power glitch knocked it out anyway. I'm guessing there was also a surge on the cable which had no protection. I'm now using a power strip that also has surge protection for the cable. The new unit seems to work fine.

I upgraded my internet and quickly realized my old modem could not support the higher speeds so I upgraded into this. It instantly improved my home internet speeds and has been solid ever since. No issues

Went in to the store looking for an average modem and after a recommendation from an employee I picked this up. Happy to say that it was a good purchase and saves having to rent from the cable company. No complaints on this one.

Finally cut the cord with the cable company. No more paying fees to use there modem to get their service. The modem costs maybe what it would cost for 10 months of fees. Works great and saves you money.

I purchase Arris docsis 3.0 for my cable internet as it was compatible and fast for my internet and get 30mbps download speed but you should be able to get much faster if you’ve faster internet service

although the speeds and ease of use are there with the SB6183 it falls short when communicating with the Apple Airport Extreme. I even attempted to replace both in the event i had a bad router/modem and had no luck. Switch back to my old model recently and have not looked back

Glad I purchased this modem/router. It’s working well & I did purchase tge insurance too. I was tired of paying cable company rent Year after year for rental.

I bought this to replace the one I was renting from Spectrum, and it’s been perfect. It will have paid for itself in under a year for what they charge you to rent them now, so it was a no brainer!

Installation was accomplished in conjunction with a cable system upgrade. Unit was purchased to avoid monthly rental on a cable company supplied cable modem. Would purchase all my cable equipment if this type of service was offered.
