Sure beats paying monthly fees for a modem. This little unit works like a charm. Easy set up, nice iPhone application. Does exactly what it is supposed to. Great product. Great price.

so it has 16 channels and allows me to get online with TWC. It works. I bought a similar modem from Netgear that also had 16 channels (CM500) and that had trouble syncing so I replaced that with this. Seems to be reliable.

It has no buttons, and only 3 cables. I unplugged my old modem, plugged this one in, called and worked with Comcast for 30 minutes to activate the modem, called Arris to find out why I didn't then have "four green or four blue" indicator lights on (I had White, Blue, Blue, White), and was told the upper and lower blue and green LEDs are on the same driver, and that because the blue LEDs draw more current, the upper and lower green LEDs show white. The manual didn't mention this 3rd configuration. In an hour I was up and running. Comcast told me that I had to upgrade (to internet+) service to benefit from the new modem. We did. All's well.

I bought this to get away from the monthly rental from Xfinity I have 400 MB per second service and this does a perfect job with a Google Wifi mesh system

Adding a powerful router to this modem only makes it better. Compatible with cable company systems and pays for itself after only a few months. Well worth the cost!!

I got tired of paying for the cable modem and having it go out. Finally I decided to turn it in and buy one. This was a great product. It's small so it doesn't take up much space and has performed perfectly!

I'm not a technical person so I can't tell you much about this item's technical performance. But after 30 days of use I perceive no issues. It was easy to install as well - just plug it in and it basically installed itself.

The only thing that I had to do after powering this up was call my provider so that they can capture it in their system. No matter who you use for your internet, you will need to get it recognized on their end

Currently using Time Warner's top-tier internet service (300Mbps/down, 20Mbps/up) and with this modem, I'm averaging around 320Mbps-340Mbps download. Sure, the SB6141 will handle it too, but I got this on sale and it just screams.

I bought this cable modem to get out of Comcast's monthly charge for renting theirs. The payback is about a year. I had to call Comcast to have them reset my account to the new device. Otherwise, the installation was easy.

After the cable company started charging a monthly fee for the modem they supplied, I purchased the Motorola 600. Not only will it pay for itself in 10 months from the savings, it installed instantly and doubled my download speed.

best modem to replace the equipment providing by the cable provider and just one time cost to get this instead of paying a monthly rental to the cable provider forever. best model for time warner high speed internet - PERIOD !

I purchased this to replace my Spectrum provided modem because they kept telling me the problem wasn't the modem. They were wrong I went from 6 Mbps (paying for 100 Mbps) to getting 115 mbps

I had a bad experience with Time Warner and finally decided to get my own modem. After figuring out the issue was on TW side, this little puppy has performed like a chance. No resets. No random outages.

Plugged it in and it started working with no additional configuration. Can't get much easier than that. Works great with Wave broadband.

I added more speed to my already awesome Comcast Cable. All I had to do was install this. I went from 125mbs download to 180mps. I definitely recommend this to everyone.
