I bought this to get away from the monthly rental from Xfinity I have 400 MB per second service and this does a perfect job with a Google Wifi mesh system

This is a newer version of the Arris router I owned previously. It was very easy to set up and ordering and pickup at Best buy was easy. It is compatible with my internet provider company.

Have no problems with modem. Works fast and not to big.

Plugged it in and it started working with no additional configuration. Can't get much easier than that. Works great with Wave broadband.

Modem worked like a charm. First time installing my own modem and router. Bought it for a great price (on sale). I can't comment on the quality as I only own this unit for only few months or less.

I had to upgrade my router since my cable company has change their modem to 3.0. So it was amazing how fast it has change with my router asus. Would recommend to others.

This modem is a good one for home use with a family of four. We have two people on the net all the time and this modem has out performed the one the cable company gave us to use.

I bought this, plugged it in, configured it with the cable company....and haven't touched it since. That's exactly what I needed, something that works with zero hassles.

I bought this to replace a 10yr old modem which no longer supported the speed that my ISP was providing. Once I was able to get the modem activated, everything is working as expected.

Bought this for a unit for 2 people who don't game or upload large files (e.g. stream/webcast). If you use social media, browse the web, or watch youtube on anything less than 4k, this is a great modem. Great for casual/normal usage with people who typically have 2-3 devices each.

Was looking at modem router combo units but went with separate units instead. This modem is small, but extremely capable of high speeds and worth the extra few dollars over the 6141 model. I highly recommend this modem!

Set up required support from the cable provider but that's not unusual. Once recognized by Spectrum the modem has worked great and solved the issues I encountered with the old modem.

It was hard to get set up because it's not the official Comcast modem but that's more of an issue with Comcast lol. Once it was setup it's just worked nonstop. No issues.

We got this to replace our cable modem that we had to pay a monthly fee on. We are now saving money and getting great internet speed. We use it with our google home Wifi.

My computer was getting slower and s l o w e r . . . Replaced my modem with this ARRIS modem and a new router and all is well in my Internet world! Thanks, Best Buy!!

Had no issues at all with this modem. Very reliable, don't have to pay the cable companies stupid rental fee, and you are in control of it so you can log in and see what levels it is pulling and etc.

Pretty good. Called cox to activate, I feel like Im getting the maximum speed out of the wall. I payed for 100mbps and was getting 110-130) downgraded to 30mbps, still get around 35.

I was tired of renting a modem from our cable company. I bought this item and it's worked great. Amazing speed and none of the outages I am used to experiencing with my old modem. Buy this item and reduce your cable bill.

Cox Comm hasn't implemented IPV6 in my area so it's not running full capacity despite my premium high speed service but still faster than any other modem even the SB6141 it replaced. Great product as always Motorola/Harris!

easy to set up, works fine. I use COX network, there were two network disconnection until now (about 1.5 months). Not sure if due to cox or cable. Problem was solved by simply unplug and plug the power adaptor.
