For the money, the best modem I could find to work on a docsis 3.0 system for most cable internet providers. Install was a breeze haven't had an issue yet. Running speeds of over 135mbps paired with the nighthawk x6 router.

Other than an occasional blip in connectivity (which I attribute to our inconsistent internet provider, this modem works flawlessly. We have had no problems with it and it is a workhorse in the background as it should be.

We use Time Warner Cable, and using this modem enabled us to go from 50 Mbps download to 300 Mbps... I thought DOCSIS 3 modems were all alike, but each provider seems to use different ones... Check with them first.

Bought this modem to replace the cable companies supplied phone/internet modem. Easy install. Still needed cable modem for phone service, but no longer charged monthly rental charges. Should have done this years ago

This modem performs as well as the free one from the internet company. When wired, I see a significant increase but when wireless, I still see similar results as before even after buying a much better wireless router....could be the service, if I'm being fair.

Got this so I didn't have to continue to pay to rent a modem from my internet provider. This was quick to get connected and running with no problems after registering it with my internet provider.

What a difference in this and the old modem I was renting from Time Warner! Wow! speed is great and connection stable. Sometimes what you don't know can hurt you. I had no idea how bad it really was. Love this modem.

Reliable and works well. We bought this so we wouldn’t have to pay monthly to rent a modem. It’s worked well and keeps our connectivity going. We’re happy.

When I bought this product, I was paying my provider for rental. Since buying this, my internet has been constant and I have not had any problem with it. It was easy to set up and once it was set up, it works like a charm

I upgraded my internet speed and needed a different modem to take advantage of that increased speed. I have always had good luck with Arris Surfboard and this one was no exception.

Easy to setup. Plug in coax cable, plug in power, plug wire ethernet to router. Follow instructions per ISP provider and voila. You can also log into the modem and adjust the led lights if necessary

This was exact replacement from what we “rented” from cable company. Will be paid for in 7 months. Installation was easy and a phone call to cable supplier with proper numbers was fast and easy.

I got this for my optimum internet hook up and had no problems whatsoever. I’ve had it for a month now and it works really well. I’m happy with the product and hesitate to purchase it again.

Modem speed pegs out speed test guage and has more to go in event of intenet provider upgrades for higher speed. I doubt this product will reach its limit anytime soon in my area, making it a great buy for those who like to keep up with technology. Very fast, however can only provide what is max available by your service provider.

I get this new modem because I feel my home wifi is not stable. After getting this new modem, my wifi get much better. It is very easy to settle up too.

This modem is a great combination of speed and affordability. Most people go overboard beyond what is necessary in their household. This modem handles speeds current to what most providers offer.

Upgraded from an "older" Motorola SURFboard Modem to the SB6183. Noticed immediate internet download speed jump. Download speed went from avg 125 Mb/s to avg 174 Mb/s. Now thinking of upgrading my Linksys router next.

It's the only modem that supports TWC Max speeds. Force to buy even thought I have the previous version that suppose to support it.

Performance is a thing with this one. Really awesome when I tried using this one after having used the SB6141. SB6141 when it first came out I thought was the best of all, but then this one is yet noticeably better.
